Great place to unwind!

Spent a night in a lovely double room with comfy beds. The hosts were super friendly, greeting us with drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch! Breakfast was fresh and tasty, especially the veggie options. Only thing was the parking was a bit tight, but it’s in a great spot for wandering around.

The rooms come with nice extras like a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, making for a plush atmosphere. The location is conveniently close to the promenade and several dining spots, providing easy access to the local scene.

Upon arrival, I found the entrance door closed, requiring a scramble to reach the owner for key access—definitely not the best start to my stay. I was disappointed when breakfast wasn't served as expected on a Monday, despite it being highlighted as a selling point. payment checkout was confusing, with no staff around to finalize the bill which gave me a sense of being left in the lurch.

The room was beautifully decorated. unfortunately, it lacked sufficient lighting at the dresser.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was fab! The breakfast menu had tons of choices, and even catered to my vegan needs, which was a nice surprise. Room was cozy with a good shower and comfy bed. On the downside, parking was a bit tricky after our first day. But definitely better than the big chains!

loved everything about our stay! the location was gr8 for local bars, cafes n restaurants. we just had a short walk to the seafront n lytham rail station, like 3-4 mins each. the owners were super friendly and attentive. There could also be improvements in the bathroom as it appeared to have a few fixings slightly loose, adding to the overall feeling of needing a refresh.

This was the only downside during my stay. a well-thought-out experience, though that bathroom issue took away a bit from perfection.
